This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Rubber Elite.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We reserve the right to extend processing times during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union and internationally. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@rubberelitestore.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or force majeure.

Handmade & Made to Order Products

Certain products are handmade or produced on a made-to-order basis. For these products, additional production time applies before shipment. Production time may take approximately 5–14 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

The estimated production time will be indicated on the product page where applicable.

Please note:

  • Production time is separate from shipping time
  • Orders containing both in-stock and handmade products may be shipped once all items are ready
  • Handmade items cannot be cancelled once production has started

We reserve the right to extend production times in case of high demand or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed if significant delays occur.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and determine an appropriate solution.

Discreet Shipping

Orders are shipped in neutral packaging without visible product descriptions to protect your privacy.
