This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via the Rubber Elite website.

General Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued in accordance with:

  • The EU Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
  • Approved returns under our Return Policy
  • Confirmed defective or incorrectly delivered products

Refunds will not be issued for items that:

  • Have been used
  • Are damaged by the customer
  • Are returned without original packaging
  • Fall under hygiene exceptions once unsealed

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 14 days.
  • You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are refundable only if required by EU consumer law (e.g. full withdrawal within 14 days).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item was defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

Klarna / PayPal / Payment Provider Refunds

If you paid using Klarna, PayPal, iDEAL or another payment provider:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • We do not control the processing speed of external payment providers
  • Any payment agreements remain subject to the provider's terms

Customers must not initiate chargebacks without first contacting us and allowing reasonable time for resolution.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior communication:

  • We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, transaction data and customer communication to the payment provider.
  • We may recover administrative fees incurred due to unjustified disputes.
  • Fraudulent disputes may be reported.

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in cases where:

  • Returned goods show signs of use
  • Items are damaged due to improper handling
  • Packaging is missing or incomplete

The deduction will reflect the diminished value of the goods.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable
